Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, loaders, and backhoes to perform various tasks on the ranch - Provide care for animals including feeding, watering, and grooming - Maintain and repair fences, buildings, and equipment on the ranch - Perform general farm duties such as planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops - Assist with animal husbandry tasks including breeding, birthing, and healthcare - Utilize power tools to complete maintenance and repair projects - Assist with greenhouse operations including planting, watering, and harvesting plants - Perform heavy lifting as required for various tasks on the ranch Skills:
- Experience operating heavy equipment in a ranch or farm setting - Knowledge of animal care practices and experience working with livestock - Familiarity with equine care and handling techniques - Ability to maintain and repair farm structures, fences, and equipment - Proficiency in using power tools for maintenance and repair tasks - Understanding of greenhouse operations including plant care and cultivation - Physical strength and stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a desire to contribute to the success of a ranch operation.
